I found the location superb. the breakfast was splendid. I took nice photos at the breakfast rooftop area. the rooms were big. But the bathroom could be bigger. the staff was lovely and attentive.

The hotel's location was unbeatable. It was a short walk from major sites like the grand bazaar. the breakfast buffet was a highlight. It offered a wide variety of delicious options. the front desk team was really good. They took care of all our reservations.
The staff's lack of friendliness. This is not a family-friendly hotel. the breakfast staff was moody and unfriendly. They barely offered a smile. i experienced days of no wifi. It was frustrating when trying to communicate.
